Being a wedding photographer means that I get to spend time with the some of the most amazing couples on the planet on one of the happiest days of their lives. That enough is such a gift. But this journey has also led me to some incredible friendships that I will be forever thankful for. I met Lisa at a photography meet up in the area and have loved being able to second shoot for her! She is crazy talented and serves her couples so well. I have been so lucky to learn from her and am so incredibly thankful for her support in my own business (she is seriously one of my biggest cheerleaders!).

Lisa has the biggest heart and it makes me so happy to see the way John makes her smile. They are clearly crazy about each other. Kudos to John for putting up with having photos done on a regular basis just because it makes Lisa’s photographer heart happy. Lisa and John just bought the cutest house together and wanted to celebrate this special time with an in-home session. Taking photos for another photographer is always a little nerve racking but it was so fun to try something new! If anyone else is hoping for a cozy couch session – I’m your girl! Lisa, thank you for teaching me how to capture genuine moments and for trusting me to capture them for you and John!
