Winter can be a tough time of year for photographers. Not only is it freezing but all of our favorite locations are bare. Longwood Gardens is the one place that we love to escape to because it is beautiful year round! When Courtney and Troy wanted to do their engagement pictures in February, I knew that Longwood Gardens would be the perfect spot. The day called for heavy showers but it turned into a light drizzle as we entered the gardens so we were able to sneak outside for some pictures before heading to the greenhouse.

Courtney and Troy are friends with one of our other fabulous couples! We love when our couples are referred to us by our past couples because they are always the best type of people. We seriously have the most amazing couples in the world who make this job feel like anything but a job. Courtney and Troy are so laid back and fun to be around and I know their wedding day will be so full of joy. We loved exploring Longwood together and chatting about their vision for the big day. Wedding season will be here before we know it and we are so excited to see these two again in July!
